MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Fink's Jewelers reserves the highest standards for the jewelry we sell to our customers. Our return guidelines are in place to ensure that our merchandise retains its exceptional quality.

RETURNS VIA MAIL

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back return policy from the date of delivery for orders placed online.* Eligible returns must be in new, unworn condition, accompanied with original packaging and purchase receipt. (Please note: custom and special orders are non-returnable.)

Watches sold at Fink's Jewelers online come with a 7-day money-back return policy, provided the item is in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

If you would like to initiate a return, please do not attempt to ship items back to us without first contacting our eCommerce department to obtain a prepaid shipping label. Follow the steps below to initiate your return:

  1. Contact our eCommerce department at ecommerce@finks.com. Our Customer Service Representatives will verify your order and help you prepare the item for return. We'll also issue you a prepaid shipping label that ensures the item is insured in the return process. (Fink's Jewelers cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit when shipped through other means.)
  2. Securely repack your item with its original packaging, including any promotional items; bags, boxes, or labels; certificates of authenticity; etc. (Items shipped back without the original packaging are subject to a restocking fee of $25.) Be sure to also include your original sales or gift receipt.
  3. Attach the shipping label provided to the outside of the box.
  4. Drop off your package at your nearest UPS drop-off location. We will notify you via email once your item has been received and inspected.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt. Please note that returned items must be accompanied with their original boxes and packaging, with all original tags intact. Watches that show signs of use, or are missing original elements (such as protective covers or screen guards) are non-returnable. Jewelry and accessories must be accompanied by their original packaging, as well as show no signs of use.

Refunds for approved returns are typically issued within 3-5 business days, credited to your original payment method.

IN-STORE RETURNS

We offer a 30-day money-back return policy from the date of purchase for online orders* returned at one of our Fink's Jewelers store locations. Eligible returns must be in new, unworn condition, accompanied with original packaging and receipt.

Watches sold at Fink's Jewelers online come with a 7-day money-back return policy for in-store returns, provided the item is in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact. (Please note: custom and special orders are non-returnable.)

For in-store returns:

  1. Securely repack your item in its original packaging, including any promotional boxes or bags, certificates, or appraisals.
  2. Bring the item with the original sales or gift receipt to any one of our Fink's Jewelers store locations.
  3. Our staff will inspect your return and issue a refund to your original payment method, or a gift card in the amount of the purchase.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders, including monogrammed, specially ordered “out of stock” items, custom jewelry, and non-stock bridal jewelry (including, but not limited to, sizes 4-5.5 and 7.5-9), are all final sale and not eligible for return. Once an order is placed, orders cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

CLEARANCE SALES

Please note, any items purchased from the clearance section and/or with marked down price are final sale items. They are not eligible for return or exchanges.

FAQ

Do you buy or take trade-ins for jewelry purchased from your store? No. We do not purchase nor accept trades for jewelry purchased at our store, or other jewelers.

TAX POLICY

Due to recent changes to sales tax laws, we are required to collect sales tax in all states except for: Delaware, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.

If there is no sales tax collected for online purchases shipped to your state, please note that local / state use tax may still be applicable.
