UPS Overnight Priority Shipping - Free on all U.S. Domestic Orders

We make every effort to ship orders of in-stock items the same day your order is placed. However, it may take up to two business days for your order to be fulfilled. (Please note: custom and special orders may require additional processing time as indicated.) Rest assured, our team will make every effort to communicate any shipping delays to you within 24 hours of your order.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1:00 PM ET will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

We offer free UPS Overnight Priority Shipping on all U.S. domestic orders. Signature is required upon delivery for all Finks.com online purchases. UPS Overnight Priority Shipping allows for orders to be delivered Monday - Friday, with Saturday delivery available upon special request, for an additional fee. (See our Shipping FAQ below for more details.) Please contact us in advance if you wish to discuss Saturday shipping options.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii make require 2-day shipping. At this time, we cannot accept international orders.

    SHIPPING FAQ

    Can you ship to P.O. boxes? Unfortunately, no. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes due to restrictions with UPS Overnight Priority Shipping. (Billing addresses may still contain P.O. boxes.) We can, however, ship your package to a local holding location, where it will be held for you until you are available to pick it up.

    Do you offer Saturday delivery? Yes! We do our best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. Saturday delivery is available upon request, with adequate notice. There are exceptions, as our ability to fulfill orders for Saturday delivery is dependent on several factors – including the quantity of items in your order, and when your order is placed. For most products, if the order has been submitted before 9:00 AM ET on the preceding Friday, we can coordinate Saturday delivery. Signature upon delivery is required for all Saturday deliveries.

    May I waive the signature requirement? I won't be home to sign. We want to ensure your purchase arrives safe and sound, and at a time that's convenient for you. You may certainly waive the signature requirement – however please note that by doing so, you are accepting responsibility for the secure delivery of your package. Waiving the signature requirement releases us from liability should anything happen to your package once it has left our facility.

    As an alternative, we can send your package to your nearest official UPS Pickup location. Many Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, and Office Depot locations have UPS drop-off and pick up stations.

    TAX POLICY

    Due to recent changes to sales tax laws, we are required to collect sales tax in all but the following states: Delaware, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.

    If there is no sales tax collected for items shipped to your state, please note that local / state use tax may be applicable.
