When the item arrived, my wife was made to feel special during the delivery process. Finally, the staff recommend a solution for an issue we were having with another piece purchased elsewhere. We had a great experience at Fink’s. My wife and I went in to have her wedding band resized. Michael was attentive, very polite, and never pushy. I told him we were getting ready to celebrate our 44 year anniversary and asked if we could see some rings. He listened to our interests, quietly determined our budget, and showed a variety of beautiful settings. It was because of Michael's excellent customer service that we decided to make the purchase of an anniversary ring in addition to having the wedding band resized.

I needed a necklace repaired, and Fink’s is close to me, so I just went there. I’m so glad I did! It was a simple fix and was very reasonably priced, and, even better, they went out of their way to get my necklace back to me on the same day that I dropped it off – I was leaving for a wedding the next day and was hoping to be able to wear the necklace at the wedding, and they made it happen (despite the last minute-ness being totally on me).

Great location in The Shops at Hilltop in Virginia Beach. I have purchased several pairs of earrings and bracelets from Fink’s Jewelers in the past. The quality is superb 💎❗️Fink’s Jewelers delivers excellent customer service and has the finest quality jewelry in Hampton Roads. I am working towards purchasing my first Rolex. As of now I am just window shopping for that special watch.
