Despite these “unprecedented times” that we’re in, we at Fink’s Jewelers are seeing huge growth in our business. Matthew Fink, President of Fink’s Jewelers, shares the exciting details of opening two brand new stores—one in Virginia Beach and a second in a state that’s new to Fink’s: Tennessee!
Closing One Fink’s Door to Open Another
As we close the chapter on our original location at MacArthur Center in Norfolk, where we opened more than 20 years ago, we are excited to announce a new Fink’s customer experience in the Hilltop North Shopping Center. This impressive location boasts an expansive 8,000-square-foot store, where we plan to welcome current and new Fink’s Jewelers guests with open arms. “We wanted to offer a convenient and unique shopping experience, a destination store to our loyal clients with the largest selection of Swiss timepieces, fine jewelry, and diamonds in the area,” Matthew shared.

The new store is a sight to behold, featuring 14-foot ceilings, custom-made showcases, and a 1,000-square-foot Rolex corner with a dedicated private viewing room and Rolex service center visible from the showroom floor. Our new watchmaker, Sheridan, was trained at the Lititz Watch Technicum before joining us in Virginia Beach. “We also have a large David Yurman shop-in-shop with client seating spaces, an engagement jewelry counter with the largest selection of certified diamonds in the area, and dedicated spaces for TAG Heuer, Breitling, Omega, and Tudor watches,” says Matthew. Additionally, he shares they have expanded their private brand, Sabel Collection, which is exclusive to Fink’s and will be showcased in its own island.
The Fink’s Family Mindset
The fourth-generation Fink’s owner adds that despite these difficult times, the Fink’s family mindset is continuously looking toward the future. “There is always going to be the need for fine jewelry, Swiss timepieces and diamonds in Hampton Roads, and what better place to serve our loyal clients than in Virginia Beach?”
New Beginnings in Chattanooga, Tennessee
Fink’s is also excited about what’s to come for them in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as they begin rebranding Rone Regency Jewelers in the “Gig City,” to Fink’s Jewelers. “They have been the jeweler of choice in Chattanooga since 1944,” Matthew says. Many of the store’s brands will remain the same, but Fink’s will be adding Tudor, Roberto Coin, Mikimoto, and a David Yurman shop-in-shop to the store. Rone Regency clientele will be happy to hear longtime owner, Bob Mason, is staying on. The Fink’s team is beyond thrilled to partner with him on this new venture.
With these two new stores having opened this fall, Fink’s Jewelers now has a total of ten locations, but for us, it’s always about quality over quantity. “Our focus is more about serving different communities than it is number of stores,” Matthew concludes. “This is definitely a difficult time, but our minds are always focused on serving our clients in the best way.”
